The free one is as good as pro for conversion.

I upgraded to Pro because the info says it converts more file types … which it does … but it won’t convert .vob files. I still have to use my pc desktop for that, and it irritates me becuase that’s about the only reason I ever tun on my pc anymore.

Also, it doesn’t allow me to define settings, just pick a predefined one.

Also, it doesn’t do any editing but relies on outside apps like iMovie.

Other than that, I’m okay with it.
