Good, but not good enough

It does what it says, it converts video between formats.

But there are few usability problems:
- None of the keyboard shortcuts are Mac-like. There is no Cmd+, for Preferences, no Cmd+H to hide the app, etc.
- The app does not look like a Mac application.
- There is no frequently used or starred formats feature.
- Mac-specific formats like MP4 should be on the first page of formats, but they are way at the end.
- There is no notification when jobs are completed.
- There is no cutting out multiple parts of the video.
