audio is out of sync!!

The Audio is out of sync!! It’s completely useless. Worse, their so-called support page, has a list of faq’s and a sales pitch but no provision for asking for help.

ps, there is a review of mine with five stars on this thing. It was a typo, completely mistaken. This product produces audio that’s out of sync!! I treied everything I could think of to fix it.
