Great software, and great custom service

I used this software on windows for several years. I bought it from the App store right after I got a Mac. This software has a good balance between simplicity and functionality. You can either convert a video with a few clicks, or open the more advanced settings to specify the detailed encoding options (which is very important for tech people). Also, you cannot find another piece of GUI-based software in this price range that supports a lot of different video formats and encoders.

In addtion, I once has some problem in upgrading the software. I sent an email to the custom care, and got a prompt and warm reply, which makes me feel very happy.
