Awfull user interface

Very counter-intuitive UI, you never know whether you are editing the settings for one file or several.
The app offers you o customize and then save under a specific name your own settings, but you never find again the profiles you create !
With all format i tried, the subtitles are always defaulted to “NONE”, althougth ethe source file conatined subtitles ! You must edit the profile of the target device and then activate the subtitles extraction. Weird and unhelpful.
You end up doing and doing again the converting, with trial and errors, without any possibility to save yr settings!
Irritating, really.

Probably a good video converter, but the other parts of the app have been totally neglected — too bad for that price !
